　　我进步了，以前我坐不住板凳，现在我能坐住了;我写字比已前漂亮了;我吃饭快了;我会用电脑画画了;我会写的’字多了;做数学题时我不写汉字的数字了。

　　I’ve made progress. I couldn’t sit on the bench before. Now I can sit. I write better than before. I eat faster. I can draw with a computer. I can write more words. I don’t write Chinese numbers when I do math problems.

　　我的进步是因为齐老师和家长培育我、鼓励我，我要感谢你们。

　　My progress is due to teacher Qi and his parents’ cultivation and encouragement. I want to thank you.

　　我不会骄傲，我还要继续努力，争取会有更大的进步。

　　I will not be proud, I will continue to work hard for greater progress.
